My experience includes production time-lining, budget forecasting, initial permitting, location scouting, and identifying key tasks for the initial phase of the project.
Crew Management
The correct crew and proper gear are vital to the success of a production. In all my years of production work, I have developed relationships with crew members, vendors and trusted advisors across the United States and Canada, Europe, Africa, South America & the Caribbean.
Operations
My goal is to take care of all the daily tasks and needs so the Creative & Camera Teams can focus on the STORY. Call Sheets, transportation, catering & the day-to-day paperwork are my magic. Along with crew payroll, issuing per diems, and tracking daily expenses for any size shoot. Safety is always at the forefront of my mind, and making sure proper risk assessments and plans of action are always in place. Also monitoring safe working conditions, keeping an eye on crew hours, and turn around time along with proper production insurance.
Travel
Chasing the story means getting your crew and gear on location. From small teams to larger multi-unit crews, it takes logistics planning to make a move before, during, and after the cameras have rolled. I negotiate hotel, flight, and group transportation, saving money without sacrificing comfort and safety. Work visas, customs paperwork, carnets & finding International fixers is my logistics happy-place and where I thrive.
Consulting
